📋 Tâches et responsabilités

Le poste est basé à Seraing, au sein d'un organisme public actif dans le logement social et la gestion immobilière. Vous apportez un soutien opérationnel aux activités comptables quotidiennes, notamment pour la gestion locative, le suivi administratif des locataires et la gestion du patrimoine immobilier.

  • Encoder les factures d'achat, de vente et les opérations financières dans le logiciel comptable.
  • Préparer les propositions de paiement et suivre les échéances fournisseurs.
  • Assurer la gestion administrative et comptable des comptes tiers, notamment ceux des locataires et des fournisseurs.
  • Suivre la facturation, émettre les factures et contrôler leur conformité.
  • Vérifier, classer et archiver les documents comptables.
  • Participer aux opérations de clôture périodique ainsi qu'aux tâches administratives du département.
  • Collaborer avec les interlocuteurs internes et externes afin d'assurer la bonne tenue des dossiers comptables.

📝 Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en comptabilité.
  • Vous disposez d'une première expérience dans une fonction administrative au sein d'un département comptable. Une expérience acquise en stage ou comme étudiant peut être prise en compte comme expérience professionnelle pertinente.
  • Vous maîtrisez la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans le traitement des factures fournisseurs et la facturation sortante.
  • Vous connaissez l'utilisation d'un logiciel comptable.
  • Vous avez déjà participé à la préparation ou au suivi des paiements.
  • La connaissance d'AIGLES et/ou de BOB 50 constitue un atout.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur du bâtiment ou de l'immobilier, ainsi que dans le secteur public, constitue un avantage.
  • Vous vous exprimez couramment en français.
