Voor deze opdracht zoeken we een breed inzetbare professional in informatiemanagement die projecten en verandertrajecten ondersteunt rond datagovernance, informatiebeheer en digitale samenwerking.

Je neemt een trekkende en coördinerende rol op in strategische initiatieven, waaronder de verdere uitbouw van een DataHub als datacatalogus, de versterking van datagovernance en de uitvoering van de AI-strategie. Je brengt behoeften en stakeholders in kaart, vertaalt die naar een haalbare aanpak en functionele vereisten, bewaakt de voortgang en stemt af tussen beleid, business en technische partners.

Daarnaast begeleid je medewerkers en teams bij verantwoord datagebruik en duurzaam informatiebeheer. Je ontwikkelt en geeft praktijkgerichte opleidingen en sensibiliseringsinitiatieven rond onder meer data storytelling, Power BI, datakwaliteit en correct databeheer.

Je staat ook in voor de inhoudelijke en praktische coördinatie van events zoals Inforum. Dat omvat het uitwerken van het programma, het afstemmen met sprekers en betrokkenen, het opvolgen van de organisatie en het verzorgen van heldere communicatie.

De opdracht speelt zich af binnen een Microsoft 365-omgeving, met in het bijzonder SharePoint en Teams, en binnen een organisatiebrede context van informatie- en datagovernance. Je werkt op het snijvlak van processen, informatie, data, technologie en gebruikersadoptie.

Je neemt geen pure ontwikkelaarsrol op, maar beschikt wel over voldoende technisch inzicht om datastromen en afhankelijkheden te begrijpen, kwaliteits- en governancevereisten te formuleren en constructief samen te werken met data-eigenaars, informatiebeheerders, architecten en analisten.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als projectleider in infrastructuurprojecten of ontwikkelingsprojecten.
  • Je hebt kennis van een DataHub als datacatalogus of van een vergelijkbare dataomgeving.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Project en projectbeheerstechnieken zoals risicobeheer en issuebeheer.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met terminologie, organisatie, rollen en processen binnen een projectmanagementmethodologie, bijvoorbeeld Prince2 of PMBOK.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft 365, in het bijzonder SharePoint en Teams.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt inzicht in datagovernance, metadata, datakwaliteit, rollen en verantwoordelijkheden, toegangsbeheer en informatieclassificatie.
  • Je kan projecten en verandertrajecten zelfstandig trekken en coördineren.
  • Kennis van ITIL is een plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, waaronder PowerPoint en Excel.
  • Je hebt voeling met informatiebeheer en digitale samenwerking.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Power BI en data storytelling.
  • Je hebt kennis van verantwoord AI-gebruik en AI-governance.
  • Je analyseert behoeften en vertaalt die naar een haalbare aanpak en functionele vereisten.
  • Je communiceert complexe informatie helder en toegankelijk.
  • Je kan opleidingen en sensibiliseringsinitiatieven ontwikkelen en geven.
  • Je verbindt stakeholders en zorgt voor afstemming tussen beleid, business en technische partners.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
