Voor deze opdracht zoeken we een medior Power BI-expert die dashboards uitbouwt en bestaande rapporteringen onderhoudt en bijwerkt op vraag van de betrokken diensten. Je vangt hierbij de afwezigheid van de interne Power BI-expert op.

Je brengt de rapporteringsbehoeften van de aanvragende diensten in kaart en stemt hierover af met de datawarehousespecialist om de nodige data beschikbaar te maken. Voor de opzet van de rapportering analyseer je eerst de relevante datastromen en onderliggende gegevens. Je zorgt daarnaast voor duidelijke documentatie en een actieve overdracht van kennis.

De opdracht vraagt een inzet van gemiddeld ongeveer 1,5 dag per week, met de nodige flexibiliteit. Bij problemen met een dashboard wordt verwacht dat je binnen drie werkdagen minstens 2 uur beschikbaar bent om ondersteuning te bieden bij de oplossing.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring met Power BI en met het uitwerken van dashboards.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van datawarehousemodellering, of je kan een aantoonbare opleiding in datawarehousemodellering voorleggen.
  • Je werkt projectmatig en kan rapporteringsnoden vertalen naar bruikbare BI-oplossingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het plannen, ontwerpen en bouwen van een datawarehousetoepassing, bijvoorbeeld met tools zoals Cognos of DataStage.
  • Je kan datastromen analyseren en begrijpt data warehousing concepten, processen en architecturen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met data-integratie (ETL), rapportering en analyse (BI), databanken en metadata.
  • Je werkt vlot binnen een agile ontwikkelingsmethodiek.
