📋 Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als ingenieur veiligheid werk je binnen de veiligheidsstudiedienst mee aan periodieke veiligheidsherzieningen van nucleaire installaties. Je begeleidt ook de verbeteracties die uit deze herzieningen voortkomen.

Over de functie

  • Je werkt veiligheidsrichtlijnen uit en helpt bij de invoering ervan, met focus op voortdurende verbetering van de veiligheid.
  • Je bereidt veiligheidsstudies voor, begeleidt en voert ze uit, volgt ze op en verifieert de resultaten in het kader van projecten, op vraag van de overheid of voor veiligheidsanalyses van nieuwe installaties en wijzigingen aan bestaande installaties.
  • Je neemt de leiding over veiligheidsspecifieke projecten, zoals tienjaarlijkse herzieningen en stresstesten, en bewaakt daarbij ook de planning en het beheer van technische projecten.
  • Je voert studies uit of begeleidt ze in functie van vergunningsdossiers voor nieuwe installaties, zodat ze voldoen aan de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieueisen.
  • Je maakt berekeningen en modellen op ter ondersteuning van andere diensten.
  • Je werkt vergunningsdossiers uit of begeleidt ze voor nieuwe installaties en ontmantelingsprojecten.
  • Je ontwerpt en controleert technische specificaties en standaarden wanneer dat nodig is binnen veiligheidsstudies en projectwerking.
  • Je levert technisch advies, voert risicoanalyses uit en draagt bij aan het oplossen van technische vraagstukken.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een ingenieursopleiding.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een nucleaire omgeving of in een gelijkaardige context is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een brede interesse in alle aspecten van veiligheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en levert kwaliteitsvol werk af.
  • Je kan technische kennis en advies helder en overtuigend overbrengen en dossiers inhoudelijk onderbouwd verdedigen.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met verschillende doelgroepen en functioneert goed in teamverband.
  • Een goede kennis van technisch Engels en Frans is vereist.
  • Je blijft je eigen expertise en de verschillende resultaatsgebieden verder ontwikkelen.
