Als L2SS Specialist werk je in een farmaceutische productieomgeving in Geel, waar actieve farmaceutische ingrediënten worden ontwikkeld en geproduceerd. Je neemt een centrale rol op in een strategisch automatisatieproject met focus op de verdere uitbouw, optimalisatie en ondersteuning van het L2SS-landschap.

Je stemt af met productie, engineering, QA en externe leveranciers om een stabiele en conforme automatisatieomgeving te waarborgen. Daarnaast onderzoek je bestaande systemen en werk je verbeteringen uit die de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van de productie-installaties verhogen. Je combineert technische diepgang met projectmatige opvolging en zorgt voor kennisoverdracht naar operationele teams.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van L2SS-systemen binnen een GMP-productieomgeving
  • Ondersteunen van upgrades, migraties en implementaties van automatisatieoplossingen
  • Analyseren en oplossen van complexe technische storingen binnen het L2SS-landschap
  • Technische oplossingen afstemmen met productie, QA en engineering
  • Waken over systeembetrouwbaarheid, documentatie en compliancevereisten
  • Externe leveranciers en technische stakeholders coördineren tijdens de projectuitvoering
  • Instaan voor kennisoverdracht en ondersteuning van operationele en technische teams

📝 Jouw profiel

Je werkt gestructureerd in een complexe omgeving en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor technische uitdagingen en projectdoelstellingen.

  • Master in Automatisering, Elektromechanica, Industriële Wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen industriële automatisatieprojecten
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met L2SS in een productieomgeving
  • Ervaring binnen pharma, chemie of een andere gereguleerde procesindustrie
  • Kennis van GMP, QA en werken binnen een conforme productieomgeving
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands
