Jouw rol als Containment Project Engineer

Als Containment Project Engineer werk je aan projecten in farmaceutische productieomgevingen, waar veiligheid, productkwaliteit en procesbeheersing centraal staan. Je coördineert engineering- en investeringsprojecten met een focus op containmentoplossingen. Daarbij stem je af met stakeholders uit productie, engineering, QA en de veiligheidsdiensten.

Je bewaakt dat installaties, processen en werkmethodes beantwoorden aan de geldende containmentvereisten. Vanuit je kennis van containmentprincipes draag je bij aan een veilige werkomgeving en een betrouwbare productieomgeving.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Containmentprojecten coördineren binnen farmaceutische productieomgevingen.
  • Technische oplossingen rond isolatoren en gesloten transfersystemen definiëren en opvolgen.
  • Risico's evalueren met aandacht voor OEL- en PBOEL-vereisten.
  • Toezien op de implementatie van primaire en secundaire barrières.
  • Samenwerken met productie-, EHS-, QA- en engineeringteams tijdens de uitvoering van projecten.
  • Validatie-, kwalificatie- en opstartactiviteiten voor nieuwe installaties ondersteunen.
  • Stakeholders adviseren over veiligheid en containmentstrategieën.

Soft skills

Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en vertaalt technische informatie naar concrete acties binnen projecten.

Hard skills

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Ervaring als Project Engineer, Project Manager of projectcoördinator binnen pharma of life sciences.
  • Kennis van containmentprincipes binnen farmaceutische productie.
  • Ervaring met OEL, PBOEL, isolatoren en primaire en secundaire barrières.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
