Als Qualification Engineer Pharma werk je in een technische omgeving waar kwalificatie, compliance en afstemming tussen verschillende stakeholders centraal staan. Je sluit aan bij een ervaren team dat de introductie van nieuw equipment en kleinere technische projecten ondersteunt binnen een GMP-omgeving.

In deze functie combineer je technische kennis met vlotte communicatie. Je stemt af met onder meer QA, Operations en Maintenance en zorgt ervoor dat kwalificatie- en complianceactiviteiten correct worden opgevolgd. De nadruk ligt op qualification, data integrity en de projectmatige opvolging van verbeteracties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je coördineert kwalificatieactiviteiten voor kleiner GMP-equipment.
  • Je volgt housekeeping- en complianceacties binnen de afdeling op.
  • Je ondersteunt data integrity-projecten en bewaakt de opvolging van gap assessments.
  • Je evalueert risicoanalyses en documentatie binnen kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Je begeleidt de introductie van nieuw equipment, zoals sealers, tablet counters en andere technische installaties.
  • Je stemt af met QA, Operations en Maintenance om projecten vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je neemt de coördinatie op van kleinere engineering- en verbeterprojecten.

Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders, behoudt het overzicht over meerdere dossiers en kan prioriteiten goed inschatten. Samenwerking en heldere communicatie zijn belangrijk in deze rol.

Hard skills

  • Je hebt ervaring met qualification binnen een GMP-omgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van compliance- en kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of interesse in data integrity-trajecten.
  • Je hebt inzicht in risicoanalyses en kwalificatiedocumentatie.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een coördinerende technische of engineeringcontext.
  • Je kan vlot samenwerken met QA in een gereguleerde omgeving.
