The posting

Dans le cadre de la transformation numérique des services liés à l’eau en Wallonie, cette mission porte sur l’expertise SAP Field Service Management, avec un rôle central dans l’intégration des processus terrain au sein de l’écosystème SAP.

La personne recherchée intervient comme référent fonctionnel SAP FSM et contribue à l’optimisation des interventions, de la maintenance, de la gestion des ressources ainsi que de la planification des équipes techniques. Elle accompagne également les équipes métiers depuis l’expression du besoin jusqu’à la mise en production.

Mission principale

Vous prenez en charge la conception, le paramétrage, l’évolution et le support de la solution SAP FSM, en veillant à une intégration cohérente avec SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, SAP S/4HANA et les développements spécifiques. Vous jouez aussi un rôle actif dans la transmission des connaissances et l’accompagnement de profils plus juniors.

Responsabilités clés

  • Piloter la conception et les évolutions de la solution SAP FSM.
  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers afin de définir les solutions fonctionnelles adaptées.
  • Assurer la responsabilité fonctionnelle sur les sujets liés à la planification, au dispatching, aux applications mobiles et à l’exécution des interventions terrain.
  • Optimiser les processus de planification et de dispatching des équipes terrain.
  • Paramétrer les activités, les équipes, les compétences, les SLA, les workflows et les règles métier dans SAP FSM.
  • Accompagner le déploiement et le support des applications mobiles destinées aux techniciens.
  • Garantir les intégrations entre SAP FSM Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM, SAP MM, SAP FI, SAP HR et les applications périphériques.
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles pour les développements ABAP, les APIs, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) et SAP BTP.
  • Assurer les tests, la qualité, la documentation ainsi que le support de niveau N2/N3.
  • Former les utilisateurs et accompagner la conduite du changement.
  • Encadrer les profils plus juniors au travers du tutorat, de peer reviews, de co-working, d’ateliers et de partages de bonnes pratiques.
  • Évaluer la progression technique des collaborateurs accompagnés et identifier les besoins de formation complémentaires.

📝 Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d’au moins 5 années d’expérience pratique sur SAP FSM.
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée sur le Planning & Dispatching Board.
  • Vous maîtrisez les Mobile Applications SAP FSM.
  • Vous avez une pratique avancée de la configuration des activités, des équipes, des compétences et des SLA.
  • Vous connaissez les Smartforms, les workflows et les Business Rules.
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience en intégration SAP FSM Cloud avec SAP S/4HANA.
  • Vous avez participé à plusieurs projets de déploiement ou de transformation autour de SAP FSM.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec SAP PM et disposez d’une bonne connaissance de SAP MM, SAP FI et SAP HR.
  • Vous pouvez intervenir sur des spécifications liées à l’ABAP, à l’intégration SAP et à SAP CPI.
  • Une expérience en environnement projet IT est attendue.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome, structurée et pragmatique.
  • Vous accordez de l’importance à la collaboration, au partage de connaissances, à l’amélioration continue et au sens du service public.
  • Vous pouvez travailler en français et en anglais.

Critères éliminatoires

  • Absence d’expérience significative sur SAP FSM.
  • Profil principalement orienté SAP PM sans maîtrise réelle de SAP FSM.
  • Absence d’expérience d’intégration entre SAP FSM et l’environnement SAP.
  • Absence d’expérience en support ou en déploiement de solutions terrain.
