Fonction

Le functional analyst intervient sur l'analyse des processus métiers. En amont du projet, il décrit de manière précise la situation actuelle et la situation cible. Il anime des ateliers, organise les réunions nécessaires à la collecte d'informations et rédige les livrables utiles à la définition du projet, dans le respect des standards et de la méthodologie en place.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Organiser les réunions et ateliers nécessaires pour comprendre et cartographier les processus métiers attendus.
  • Rédiger les documents de définition du processus afin qu'ils puissent être exploités directement par les analystes chargés de l'implémentation de la solution.
  • Veiller, tout au long du projet, à la cohérence entre la solution implémentée et la solution définie avec le Business.
  • Formaliser les besoins à l'aide de user stories, use cases, BPMN et UML lorsque cela est requis.
  • Contribuer à l'approche de testing afin de vérifier que la solution répond correctement aux besoins fonctionnels.

Functie

De functioneel analist staat in voor de analyse van bedrijfsprocessen. In de voorbereidende fase van een project brengt hij of zij de huidige en toekomstige situatie van het proces nauwkeurig in kaart. Daarnaast leidt de analist workshops, organiseert de nodige vergaderingen om informatie te verzamelen en werkt de vereiste deliverables uit volgens de geldende standaarden en methodologie.

🛠️ Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Vergaderingen en workshops organiseren om bedrijfsprocessen goed te begrijpen en in kaart te brengen.
  • Documentatie opstellen die nodig is om het proces te definiëren, zodat analisten hiermee meteen aan de slag kunnen voor de implementatie van de oplossing.
  • Tijdens het volledige project bewaken dat de geïmplementeerde oplossing overeenstemt met wat samen met de Business werd beschreven.
  • Functionele behoeften vertalen naar user stories, use cases, BPMN en UML waar nodig.
  • Bijdragen aan testing om na te gaan of de oplossing correct aansluit op de functionele verwachtingen.

  • Communicatie: organiseert en begeleidt de nodige vergaderingen of workshops met de Business en beschikt over sterke luistervaardigheden.
  • Conceptualiseren: abstracte en algemene redeneringen omzetten in praktische oplossingen.
  • Informatie analyseren: gegevens gericht analyseren en informatie kritisch beoordelen.
  • Transversaal inzicht: over de grenzen van verschillende afdelingen of directies heen kijken en de impact van beslissingen op andere domeinen inschatten.
  • Storytelling: informatie helder structureren en overbrengen naar stakeholders.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring als functional analyst.
  • Grondige kennis van Agile / Scrum en BPMN.
  • Ervaring met Storytelling, Testing, UML, use cases en user stories.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met business stakeholders en kan functionele informatie helder documenteren.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in Dutch, English en French.
