Functieomschrijving

Voor een site in Oevel zoeken we een Senior Validatie Ingenieur ter versterking van het validatieteam. Dit team staat in voor de validatie van laboapparatuur, utilities, facilities, software, processen en cleaning.

In deze functie ligt de nadruk op validatie binnen filling & assembly, lab equipment en de verdere uitwerking van het herkwalificatieproces.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je coördineert en voert kwalificatie- en validatieactiviteiten uit voor productieapparatuur, systemen en processen in lijn met de GMP-richtlijnen.
  • Je stelt URS-, risicomanagement-, DQ-, IQ-, OQ- en PQ-protocollen en rapporten op, en je staat ook in voor de review ervan.
  • Je werkt kwalificatie- en validatiedocumentatie uit, voert protocollen uit en beoordeelt de resultaten.
  • Je beheert acties rond changes, CAPA's en deviations in het VeevaVault-systeem, en start deze waar nodig ook zelf op en volgt ze verder op.
  • Je draagt mee bij aan de uitwerking en verankering van het herkwalificatieproces.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke of technische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 10 jaar ervaring met kwalificatie- en validatieprocessen binnen de farmaceutische of biotechnologische sector.
  • Je hebt ervaring met GMP en met het opstellen en beheren van validatiedocumentatie.
  • Ervaring met CSV en validatie van laboapparatuur is een plus.
  • Je hebt ervaring met changes, CAPA's en deviations.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om dagelijks on site te werken.
