Als Project Engineer HVAC neem je een sleutelrol op binnen een technisch project in de farmaceutische sector in regio Antwerpen. De focus ligt op HVAC-installaties in een GMP-omgeving, waarbij betrouwbaarheid, documentatie en validatie centraal staan.

Binnen deze rol wordt engineering gecombineerd met projectcoördinatie, stakeholdermanagement en risicobeheersing. Zo draag je bij aan HVAC-systemen die technisch correct, compliant en klaar voor oplevering zijn.

Wat ga je doen?Projectdefinitie en engineering

Binnen deze rol ligt de focus op het technisch uitwerken van HVAC-projecten vanaf de eerste conceptfase tot en met de realisatie. In overleg met interne stakeholders zoals onderhoud, QA en EHS wordt de projectscope scherpgesteld en vertaald naar een duidelijke systeembeschrijving.

Vanuit die basis worden technische specificaties opgesteld die richting geven aan de verdere engineering, leveranciersafstemming en uitvoering. Daarbij worden de belangen van de klant actief bewaakt, zodat ontwerpkeuzes aansluiten bij de vereisten rond kwaliteit, veiligheid, GMP-compliance en bedrijfszekerheid.

Risicobeheersing vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van de aanpak. Mogelijke technische, operationele en compliance-risico's worden gestructureerd geanalyseerd, onder meer via methodieken zoals FMEA, en meegenomen in de verdere projectbeslissingen en documentatie.

Coördinatie, validatie en oplevering

Naast de engineering omvat de functie ook de coördinatie en technische opvolging van de installatie van HVAC-systemen. Daarbij wordt nauw samengewerkt met interne teams, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen om de uitvoering vlot, veilig en volgens planning te laten verlopen.

De verificatie en validatie van de HVAC-installaties worden voorbereid, opgevolgd en uitgevoerd met oog voor de geldende farmaceutische vereisten. Technische documentatie, functionele specificaties, P&ID's en validatiedocumenten worden daarbij correct beheerd en afgestemd op de GMP-verwachtingen.

Tot slot wordt een realistische detailplanning opgesteld die aansluit bij de algemene project- of operationele planning. Door budget, timing, kwaliteit en compliance zorgvuldig op te volgen, wordt toegewerkt naar een correcte en tijdige oplevering van elk project.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma als industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, of je beschikt over een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring met HVAC-systemen binnen een technische projectomgeving, bij voorkeur in farma, life sciences of een andere gereguleerde industrie.
  • Je hebt kennis van GMP, Six Sigma-methodieken en risk management tools zoals FMEA. Daarnaast ben je vertrouwd met technische documentatie, P&ID's, functionele specificaties en het schrijven of opvolgen van validatiedocumenten.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, stelt duidelijke prioriteiten en houdt overzicht in een omgeving met meerdere stakeholders. Communicatie met klanten, collega's en leveranciers verloopt vlot en professioneel.
  • Je kan zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen, maar voelt je tegelijk goed binnen een teamgerichte projectwerking.
