Job Description

Come AI Engineer - Categoria Protetta (L. 68/99 – Art.1) farai parte di Plenitude Società Benefit. In particolare, all’interno del team Data & Insight, contribuirai alla progettazione, sviluppo e industrializzazione di soluzioni di Machine Learning, Generative AI e Agentic AI per i diversi business aziendali. Seguirai l’intero ciclo di vita delle soluzioni, dalla comprensione del problema e dalla prototipazione fino all’integrazione, al rilascio in produzione, alla valutazione e al monitoraggio continuo.

Attività principali:

  • Tradurre esigenze e processi di business in requisiti e soluzioni AI concrete
  • Fornire supporto nella progettazione e sviluppo di applicazioni di Machine Learning, Generative AI e Agentic AI
  • Supportare nell’industrializzazione e integrazione di modelli, agenti e servizi AI nei sistemi aziendali
  • Definire approcci di testing, evaluation, monitoraggio e miglioramento continuo
  • Garantire qualità, sicurezza, manutenibilità, scalabilità e sostenibilità economica delle soluzioni

Caratteristiche richieste:

  • Laurea magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o altre discipline STEM. Potranno essere presi in considerazione titoli di studio differenti o inferiori, a fronte di un’esperienza significativa e coerente con il ruolo.
  • Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nello sviluppo di soluzioni AI, Machine Learning o software data-driven
  • Conoscenza di Python, SQL e delle principali pratiche di software engineering
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Completano il profilo:

  • Esperienza con LLM, RAG, prompt e context engineering, tool calling e sistemi agentici
  • Esperienza nello sviluppo e rilascio di applicazioni AI in ambienti cloud
  • Conoscenza di Git, CI/CD, testing e MLOps, con familiarità nell’utilizzo di coding assistant basati su AI
