Job Description

Come Expert Trade Control farai parte di Plenitude Società Benefit. In particolare, all’interno del team di Energy Risk Management seguirai le attività di trade control, con particolare riferimento all’ambito di Energy Management.

Attività principali

  • Esecuzione e supervisione dei controlli di Trade Control, garantendo accuratezza, completezza, tempestività e tracciabilità delle attività su operazioni fisiche e finanziarie nei mercati energetici
  • Validazione delle transazioni, dei dati di mercato e dei processi di negoziazione assicurando la corretta rappresentazione delle operazioni, delle posizioni
  • Monitoraggio della conformità normativa e dei controlli interni, con gestione delle escalation e delle azioni correttive
  • Contributo al miglioramento continuo dei processi e dei sistemi, guidando iniziative di automazione, digitalizzazione, implementazione di soluzioni AI e progetti di change management e nuovi prodotti

Caratteristiche richieste

  • Laurea magistrale in economia. Potranno essere presi in considerazione titoli di studio differenti o inferiori, a fronte di un’esperienza significativa e coerente con il ruolo.
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ambiti quali Product Control, Market Risk, Middle Office o Risk Management nel trading di commodity, con conoscenza di Gas, Power, Emissioni e GO
  • Competenze di risk & control: conoscenza dei processi di controllo e gestione del rischio applicati a transazioni fisiche e finanziarie, nonché dei contesti di trading regolamentati
  • Competenze normative e sistemistiche: familiarità con le normative EMIR, REMIT, MiFID II e Dodd-Frank, con i processi di reporting regolamentare e audit
  • Buona conoscenza di sistemi di ETRM, Excel/VBA e preferibilmente Power BI, SQL, Python
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
