Job Description

Come Expert HVAC & Energy Systems Project Engineer farai parte di Evogy. In particolare, il tuo team si occupa dello sviluppo e dell’implementazione di soluzioni avanzate per l’efficienza energetica, attraverso un approccio data-driven e l’utilizzo di tecnologie digitali innovative.

Le attività includono l’analisi di dati energetici complessi, la modellazione digitale degli edifici e degli impianti (digital twin) e lo sviluppo di modelli avanzati di simulazione e ottimizzazione delle performance energetiche.

Il team è inoltre coinvolto nella progettazione di interventi di efficientamento e decarbonizzazione, nella gestione tecnica dei progetti e nella relazione con clienti e stakeholder, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo delle performance energetiche degli asset gestiti.

Attività principali:

  • Analisi dati di sistemi energetici complessi multi-vettore
  • Identificazione e pianificazione interventi di efficientamento e decarbonizzazione
  • Redazione documentazione tecnica e progettuale
  • Sopralluoghi per raccolta dati e verifica impianti
  • Gestione relazioni con clienti e stakeholder
  • Modellazione energetica e simulazioni (digital twin, profili consumo/generazione)
  • Analisi prestazioni e KPI energetici (EnPI, saving)
  • Supporto progettazione impiantistica (preliminare → esecutiva)
  • Elaborazione dati e reportistica avanzata
  • Supporto tecnico alla definizione di offerte e studi di fattibilità
  • Monitoraggio e ottimizzazione esercizio impianti

Caratteristiche richieste:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria; potranno essere presi in considerazione titoli di studio differenti, anche inferiori, a valle di significativa esperienza nell’ambito
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni maturata in ruoli analoghi
  • Conoscenza di modellazione energetica impianti e digital twin
  • Conoscenza di bilanci termodinamici e baseline energetiche
  • Conoscenza avanzata di Excel e Tool BI (Power BI, Tableau o Qlik)
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Completano il profilo:

  • Conoscenza Building Automation (BMS, SCADA, PLC)
  • Conoscenza protocolli industriali (Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA, MQTT)
  • Conoscenza Python (o simili) per data analysis
