  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung wichtiger Kund:innenaccounts
  • Übersetzung von Kund:innenbriefings in operative Projektpläne sowie Steuerung von Budgets, Timings, Ressourcen und Qualität
  • Aufbau nachhaltiger Kund:innenbeziehungen
  • Erkennen und aktives Nutzen von Wachstums- und Upselling-Potenzialen zur Weiterentwicklung von Kund:innen und Projekten
  • Erstellung überzeugender Präsentationen, souveränes Pitchen von Ideen vor Entscheider:innen und Begleitung des Onboardings neuer Kund:innen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams bestehend aus Spezialist:innen in den Bereichen Account Management, Influencer Marketing und Strategie
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung interner Prozesse und Standards sowie Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Teams

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Account- oder Projektmanagement im Agenturumfeld
  • Du kennst die Dynamik von Social Media und Content
  • Du bist ein:e strategische:r Problemlöser:in mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Du arbeitest organisiert, behältst auch unter Zeitdruck den Überblick
  • Du kommunizierst souverän, berätst Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe und kannst auch anspruchsvolle Themen klar vertreten
  • Du überzeugst mit starken Präsentations- und Pitching-Skills
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung und hast Lust, Kund:innen, Teams und Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
  • Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, packst Dinge proaktiv an und bringst Projekte zuverlässig ans Ziel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
