  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Kund:innenaccounts
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Kampagnen von der ersten Idee bis zum Reporting
  • Übersetzung von Kund:innenbriefings und -zielen in klare Projektpläne
  • Strategische Betreuung und Beratung von Kund:innen sowie Verantwortung für Budgets und Umsätze
  • Übersetzung von Kund:innenzielen in langfristige Marken-, Kommunikations- und Social-Media-Strategien
  • Erkennen von Wachstums-, Up- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kund:innenbeziehungen
  • Sicherstellung hoher Kund:innenzufriedenheit
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen und internen Teams aus Strategie, Kreation und Produktion
  • Beobachtung relevanter Social-Media-, Markt- und Zielgruppentrends und Ableitung passender Impulse für Kund:innen und Projekte
  • Ausarbeitung von Pitch-Präsentationen
  • Aktive Beteiligung am Onboarding neuer Kund:innen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Account- oder Projektmanagement im Agenturumfeld
  • Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis für Social Media, Content und digitale Kampagnen
  • Du kennst die Dynamiken und Abläufe in einer Agentur und lässt dich auch in heißen Phasen nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
  • Du überzeugst mit starken Präsentations- und Pitch-Skills
  • Du kommunizierst klar, verbindlich und auf Augenhöhe
  • Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, packst Dinge proaktiv an und bringst Projekte zuverlässig ans Ziel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
