Dein Verantwortungsbereich

Als Manager:in/ Projektleitung im Debt Advisory übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden im Bereich Finanzierungen. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Analyse: Bewertung der finanziellen Entwicklung von Unternehmen sowie Erstellung fundierter Finanzanalysen.
  • Strukturierung: Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Finanzierungskonzepte und Sicherheitenstrukturen.
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung von Term Sheets und Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung von Finanzierungsverträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Juristen.
  • Umsetzung: Implementierung der entwickelten Finanzierungsstrategien und -konzepte.
  • Optional Verhandlungsführung: Führen von Verhandlungen mit Unternehmen, Banken und weiteren Stakeholdern.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines verwandten Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Bilanzierung.
  • Erfahrung im Kredit- und Finanzierungsbereich in einer Bank mindestens 3 Jahre.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Finanzanalysen, Kredit- und Sicherheitenverträgen und Finanzierungskonzepten.
  • Eine pragmatisch und konsequent unternehmerisch handelnde Persönlichkeit.
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Überzeugungskraft sowie ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
