Eine unternehmerisch geprägte Persönlichkeit mit fundierter fachlicher Tiefe im Bereich Immobilienfinanzierung und Capital Advisory, die Verantwortung für Mandate, Ergebnisse und Kundenbeziehungen übernimmt.

Verantwortungsbereich

  • Eigenständige Leitung und Umsetzung von Beratungsmandaten im Bereich Real Estate mit Fokus Finanzierung
  • Beratung von Geschäftsführungen, Gesellschaftern, Investoren und Finanzierern bei Finanzierungs- und Strukturierungsfragen
  • Entwicklung und Verhandlung von Finanzierungslösungen (Senior, Mezzanine, Equity)
  • Unterstützung bei Refinanzierungen, Kapitalstrukturierungen und Transaktionen
  • Verantwortung für wirtschaftliche Ergebnisse, Qualität und Umsetzung der Projekte
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Geschäftsentwicklung im Bereich Real Estate / Finanzierung
  • Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Mandatsgewinnung
  • Führung und Steuerung von Projektteams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen (Restrukturierung, Finance, Operations)

Fachlicher Fokus

  • Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Immobilienfinanzierungen
  • Kapitalbeschaffung (Debt & Equity) für Immobilienprojekte und -portfolios
  • Begleitung von Transaktionen und Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Bewertung und Analyse von Immobilienprojekten und Finanzierungsstrukturen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Investoren, Banken, Projektentwicklern und Gesellschaftern

Profil

  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finanzierung / Investment
  • Fundierte Expertise in Immobilienfinanzierung, Kapitalstruktur und Transaktionen
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte mit Ergebnisverantwortung
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Entscheidern (Banken, Investoren, Unternehmer)
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Beratung oder vergleichbarer seniorer Linienfunktion
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
