Für unser unternehmensinternes Accounting, Controlling und Reporting innerhalb der Division Finance, Risk & Compliance suchen wir dich als Senior Financial Accountant. Dabei bist du Teil eines kleinen, engagierten Teams und arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen.

In dieser vielseitigen Schlüsselrolle stellst du eine korrekte, effiziente und termingerechte Finanzbuchhaltung unserer Gruppengesellschaften sowie ein verlässliches Reporting sicher. Du verantwortest das operative Tagesgeschäft und die Abschlussprozesse, wirkst bei Konsolidierung, Konzernrechnung und Budgetierung mit und entwickelst unsere Finanzorganisation mit digitalen Lösungen, automatisierten Prozessen und aussagekräftigen Reporting-Strukturen aktiv weiter.

Was dich erwartet

  • Du steuerst das operative Tagesgeschäft und sorgst für eine korrekte Buchhaltung unserer Schweizer Gruppengesellschaften – inklusive KTG und Rendement.
  • Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie MWST-Abrechnungen abschlusssicher, zuverlässig und termingerecht.
  • Du wirkst bei Budgetierung, Konzernkonsolidierung und Konzernrechnung mit.
  • Du entwickelst aussagekräftige Finanz- und Managementreports mit MS Power BI.
  • Du treibst die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Finanzprozesse voran und gestaltest moderne Tools und Systeme aktiv mit.

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über einen eidg. Fachausweis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder eine gleichwertige höhere Weiterbildung in Finance, Accounting oder Controlling.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie fundierte Praxis in Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit.
  • Du begeisterst dich für die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen und möchtest Systeme, Datenqualität und Reporting-Strukturen aktiv weiterentwickeln.
  • Du gehst sicher mit Excel um und verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung mit MS Power BI sowie in Konzernrechnung und Konsolidierung.
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, packst gerne selbst mit an und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
