Als Mitarbeiter:in Inkasso bist du Teil unserer Abteilung Inkasso. Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen stellst du bestmögliche Dienstleistungen im Bereich Inkasso sicher. Du unterstützt und berätst die Mandanten bei Fragestellungen rund um das Inkasso. Du tust dies mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung und grossem Engagement.

Was dich erwartet

  • Du führst das vorrechtliche Mahnwesen inklusive Telefoninkasso durch
  • Du unterstützt den gesamten Prozess des Betreibungswesens, inklusive Bonitätsprüfung, Erstellung von Rechtsöffnungsgesuchen, etc.
  • Du betreust Mandanten und stehst ihnen bei Fragen beratend zur Verfügung
  • Du handelst Schuldanerkennungen und Zahlungsvereinbarungen aus
  • Du bearbeitest Verlustscheine
  • Diverse administrative Aufgaben

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Inkasso, Mahnwesen oder Betreibungswesen gesammelt
  • Du kommunizierst professionell, bist teamfähig und arbeitest zielorientiert.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Du bist belastbar und ein Teamplayer, der selbständiges, exaktes und prozessorientiertes Arbeiten gewohnt ist.
