The role:

The Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Transformation & Execution is responsible for translating GSC strategy into measurable business outcomes by leading both the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and the GSC Program & Execution Office.

This role serves as the central orchestrator of the Global Supply Chain transformation portfolio, ensuring the right initiatives are selected, prioritized, sequenced, governed, resourced, executed, and adopted. The leader acts as the connective tissue between strategy, process ownership, portfolio management, value realization, and execution delivery, enabling Entegris to operate as One Entegris and achieve its 2030 Vision.

What You'll Do:

Transformation Strategy & Portfolio Orchestration

  • Own the integrated GSC transformation portfolio and multi-year roadmap.
  • Translate strategy into prioritized programs, capabilities, and investment plans.
  • Facilitate executive trade-off decisions across initiatives, resources, and business priorities.
  • Govern portfolio sequencing, interdependencies, and value realization.

Program & Execution Management

  • Lead execution of enterprise and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Establish program governance, stage gates, reporting, and controls.
  • Drive predictable delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and value commitments.
  • Manage risks, issues, escalations, and resource conflicts across the portfolio.

Value Realization & Performance Management

  • Partner with Finance to quantify, track, and realize transformation benefits.
  • Ensure business cases are validated and linked to AOP and strategic objectives.
  • Establish portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
  • Drive accountability for committed operational and financial outcomes.

Capability Building & Operating Model

  • Build and mature transformation, program management, and execution capabilities across GSC.
  • Standardize portfolio management, governance, and execution methodologies.
  • Support activation of the GPO model and enterprise process ownership.
  • Advance adoption of Lean, Operational Excellence, PDCA, and fact-based management principles.

Executive Stakeholder Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GSCLT, ELT sponsors, GPOs, functional leaders, and Finance.
  • Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
  • Align stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Digital, and Corporate Functions.
  • Drive organizational change, adoption, and enterprise-wide alignment.

The successful candidate combines:

  • Strategic mindset of a Transformation Leader.
  • Portfolio management discipline of a Chief Transformation Officer.
  • Execution rigor of a PMO leader.
  • Business acumen of a General Manager.
  • Continuous improvement mindset of an Operational Excellence leader.
  • Ability to influence senior executives without direct authority.

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Strategy, Transformation, Program Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading PMO, TMO, Strategy Deployment, or Transformation organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
  • Deep expertise in portfolio management, governance, change management, value realization, and strategic execution.
  • Experience leading global teams and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced business/technical degree.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or Strategy Deployment certification.
  • Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, materials science, or industrial industry experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
