Dit draag jij bij

Als Verzorgende IG maak jij écht verschil in het leven van mensen die tijdelijk of langdurig extra ondersteuning nodig hebben.

  • Je begeleid bewoners/cliënten bij de dagelijkse zorg (ADL), zoals opstaan, aankleden en medicatie innemen.
  • Je bent hét vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor de cliënt en familie en zorgt samen met het multidisciplinair team dat alles rondom de zorg goed geregeld is.
  • Je denkt en schrijft mee in het zorgplan en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals wondverzorging en stomazorg.

Je combineert persoonlijke aandacht met professionele zorg en bent dus een echt “mensenmens” die dichtbij de cliënt staat én iedere dag van betekenis is.

Daarom past deze functie bij jou

Je brengt je zorg(end) hart in de praktijk en wilt iets écht betekenen. Met die intrinsieke motivatie passen we bij elkaar. Maar daarnaast zoeken wij iemand die;

  • Begrijpt dat zorg meer is dan handelingen en oog heeft voor de mens achter de bewoner/cliënt.
  • Flexibel, sociaal, leergierig is en openstaat voor feedback.
  • Bij voorkeur minimaal in het bezit is van een kader diploma VMBO of een niveau 2 entree diploma. Tevens zijn er ook ontheffingsmogelijkheden.

Je kiest bewust voor de BBL opleiding en je gaat er actief mee aan de slag. Je bent één dag per week op school bij het VISTA college, waarvoor je 5,5 uur lestijdvergoeding ontvangt (deze uren zijn onderdeel van je contract). De overige uren ben je in je team aan het werk, waar je waardevolle praktijkervaring opdoet onder begeleiding en met aandacht voor jouw leerdoelen.

  • Een salaris van €2.811,51 o.b.v. 36 uur (FWG 40 CAO VVT); Binnen een opleidingstraject kan je bij ons maximaal 32 uur werken.
  • 8% vakantiegeld, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en, indien van toepassing, een onregelmatigheidstoeslag tussen de 22% en 60%
  • Ontwikkeling en groei: volop ruimte voor (bij)scholing en het inbrengen van jouw eigen ideeën.
