Deine Mission bei ENVIRIA

Als Project Controller steuerst Du unsere Photovoltaikprojekte wirtschaftlich mit klarem Blick auf Budgets, Forecasts, Risiken und Potenziale. Du schaffst Transparenz, arbeitest eng mit unseren internen Teams zusammen und lieferst die Grundlage für fundierte Entscheidungen. So bringst Du Projekte sicher auf Kurs, stärkst das Wachstum von ENVIRIA und leistest einen konkreten Beitrag zur Umsetzung der Energiewende.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die kaufmännische Steuerung und Budgetüberwachung unserer Photovoltaikprojekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg.
  • Du erstellst das quartalsweise Berichtswesen sowie regelmäßige Forecasts, Abweichungsanalysen, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und Cashflow und unterstützt das Management bei wichtigen unternehmerischen Entscheidungen.
  • Als Business Partner unterstützt du die Projektleitung bei der Kostenplanung, Kapazitätssteuerung und regelmäßigen Restkostenschätzungen.
  • Du identifizierst finanzielle Risiken sowie Potenziale frühzeitig und trägst aktiv dazu bei, Projekte profitabel und nachhaltig zu gestalten.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Project Management, Bau, Supply Chain und Finance zusammen, um bestehende Controlling-Prozesse und Workflows weiterzuentwickeln.

Wen wir suchen

Must-have

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität.
  • Du beherrschst Excel sicher und bist routiniert im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie präzise und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1).

Nice-to-have

  • Du hast Deine praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Industrieanlagen, Anlagenbau, o.ä. gemacht.
