Deine Mission bei ENVIRIA

Als Legal Operations Specialist bist Du die Stabstelle für alle rechtlichen Prozesse bei ENVIRIA. Du gestaltest unsere internen Abläufe, indem Du juristische Anforderungen in effiziente Workflows übersetzt, Datenstrukturen ordnest und Fachbereiche befähigst, eigenständig zu arbeiten. Du schaffst die nötige Struktur, damit wir uns im komplexen Umfeld der Energiewende agil und rechtssicher bewegen können.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bringst Struktur in unsere rechtlichen Standardprozesse und gestaltest diese effizient sowie skalierbar.
  • Du verantwortest unsere bestehende Vertrags- und Dokumentenablage in SharePoint und entwickelst relevante Datenstrukturen weiter.
  • Du verwaltest das Vertragsportfolio inkl. Fristenkontrolle und sorgst dafür, dass Fachbereiche möglichst eigenständig arbeiten können.
  • Du hilfst bei Due-Diligence-Prozessen und übernimmst die vollständige Verantwortung für die Einrichtung, Strukturierung und Pflege von Legal Content in unseren Datenräumen.
  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren externen Anwält:innen.
  • Du unterstützt bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen Pflichten (z. B. Transparenz- und Handelsregister, Beschlussvorlagen, etc.).
  • Du koordinierst die notarielle Beurkundung von Dokumenten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Notariat.

Wen wir suchen

Must-have:

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Rechtsanwalts- und/oder Notarfachangestellte:r oder ein Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaftsrecht (o. ä.) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung aus dem Rechtsumfeld mit (Inhouse oder Kanzlei) und hast Freude daran, Lösungen direkt im unternehmerischen Alltag umzusetzen.
  • Du arbeitest präzise und überzeugst durch Deine ausgeprägte Organisations- und Administrationsstärke.
  • Du bist technikaffin und übernimmst gern die operative Verantwortung für Deinen Bereich.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell auf Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (mind. B2).

Nice-to-have:

  • Du hast bereits mit Vertragsmanagement-Systemen oder anderen Legal-Tech-Lösungen gearbeitet.
  • Du kennst das dynamische Umfeld eines Scale-ups.
  • Du hattest bereits Berührungspunkte mit der Branche der Erneuerbaren Energien.
