Deine Mission bei ENVIRIA

Als Project Manager bist Du verantwortlich für die Umsetzung unserer PV-Großanlagen. Du begleitest unsere Projekte von der ersten Kalkulation bis zum Netzanschluss und bist die erste Ansprechperson für alle Projektbeteiligten. Du hältst die Fäden zwischen Sales, Planung und Baustelle zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Du Deine Projekte sicher, termingerecht und im Budget abschließt. Du bringst die Energiewende direkt auf die Dächer unserer Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du steuerst Photovoltaikprojekte für Gewerbe und Industrie - von der Planung bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss.
  • Du übernimmst eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion und koordinierst interne sowie externe Stakeholder.
  • Du analysierst operative Herausforderungen mit besonderem Fokus auf die AC-seitige Umsetzung.
  • Du berücksichtigst Projektrisiken sowie regulatorische und normative Anforderungen in der Projektplanung.
  • Du verantwortest Projektbudgets und stellst eine kosteneffiziente Umsetzung sicher.
  • Du steuerst Kundenabnahmen, koordinierst das Mängelmanagement und verfolgst offene Punkte konsequent nach.
  • Du stellst eine termingerechte kaufmännische Projektabwicklung einschließlich Zahlungsmeilensteinen und Rechnungsstellung sicher.
  • Du stellst eine vollständige technische und kaufmännische Projektdokumentation sicher und unterstützt Zertifizierungs- sowie Konformitätsprozesse.

Wen wir suchen

Must-have:

  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung als Projektleiter in der Umsetzung von PV-Großanlagen mit und kannst laufende Projekte nach einer kurzen Orientierungsphase fachlich eigenständig übernehmen.
  • Du hast erfolgreich eine Techniker- oder Meisterausbildung aus der Elektrotechnik oder ein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell auf Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (mind. B2) für die interne Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du bringst die Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft mit, unsere Baustellen vor Ort aktiv zu begleiten, und verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

Nice-to-have:

  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrung mit CAD, ERP-Systemen oder branchenspezifischen Planungstools sammeln.
  • Du verfügst über eine anerkannte Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. PMP oder IPMA/GPM) oder eine für unsere Branche relevante Qualifikation, z. B. im VDE-Umfeld.
