We are an AI-first organization rapidly scaling our enterprise capabilities, and we are looking for a high-impact engineer to join our Software Development team at Hansen Technologies. We operate in a fast-paced environment where rapid deployment, high-quality code, and continuous innovation are paramount.

We are looking for a developer with true full-stack potential who wants to push the boundaries of AI-assisted engineering to build robust backend architectures and seamless user experiences at an unprecedented pace.

What You’ll Do

  • AI-Powered Engineering (Core Focus): Heavily integrate AI coding assistants, LLMs, and generative tools into your daily workflow to architect, write, optimize, and review code smarter and faster.
  • Full Stack Execution: Bridge the gap between data and design, building end-to-end features that solve complex enterprise challenges.
  • Backend & API Architecture: Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Oracle databases, alongside designing secure and efficient REST APIs.
  • Frontend & UI/UX: Translate user needs into intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging modern single-page applications utilizing React, solid UI/UX principles, HTML, and CSS.
  • Innovate & Deploy: Work within our rapid-deployment pipeline to confidently ship code, leveraging AI to improve test coverage and deployment quality.

What You Bring

  • A versatile engineering mindset with proven capability or highly demonstrated potential across the entire technology stack.
  • Solid foundational experience in backend development, specifically with Java, relational databases (Oracle), and RESTful web services.
  • Practical experience building dynamic, component-driven web applications with React, supported by strong foundational skills in markup (HTML, CSS) and a deep appreciation for delivering polished UI/UX.
  • An AI-Native Approach: You are a pioneer in modern development practices. You are highly proficient at prompt engineering, AI-driven debugging, and exploring ways to embed AI directly into enterprise software solutions.
