Als Energie‑Spezialist:in bist du Teil unseres Inhouse‑Kundenservice‑Teams, das einen festen Kundenstamm betreut und Anliegen vollständig löst: vom ersten Kontakt bis zur finalen Lösung.

Du übernimmst echte Verantwortung für die Anliegen unserer Kund:innen und arbeitest eng mit Produkt, IT, Abrechnung und anderen Bereichen zusammen. Unsere kurzen Wege ermöglichen schnelle Entscheidungen und unterstützen dich dabei, Lösungen direkt umzusetzen, ohne unnötige Weiterleitungen. Mit deiner Arbeit trägst du entscheidend zu einem begeisternden Energieerlebnis der Zukunft bei.

Dein Spielfeld

  • Du beantwortest Anfragen per Telefon, E‑Mail oder Chat und klärst Anliegen selbstständig
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für jeden Fall, den du bearbeitest; bis zur vollständigen Lösung
  • Du wirst in allen relevanten Themen geschult und kannst vielfältige Anliegen zu Tarifen, Rechnungen, Produkten, Abschlägen, Umzügen oder Vertragsänderungen bearbeiten
  • Du dokumentierst deine Vorgänge sauber und nachvollziehbar
  • Du bringst dich aktiv ein, wenn du Verbesserungsbedarf in Prozessen, Tools oder Arbeitsabläufen erkennst
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen, unterstützt Kolleg:innen und entwickelst gemeinsam neue Ideen für besseren Kundenservice
  • Du gehst sicher mit Veränderungen um und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen ein
  • Du bist offen für neue Tools wie KI‑gestützte Assistenten und digitale Services

Bist du unser Playmaker?

  • Berufserfahrung im B2C‑Service, egal ob inhouse oder bei einem Dienstleister ist wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit energiewirtschaftlichen Themen ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude daran, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und praktische Lösungen zu finden
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und ein freundlicher, klarer Kommunikationsstil
  • Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Bereitschaft, Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Routine im Umgang mit digitalen Tools
  • Erfahrung aus agilen Projekten oder mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden sind von Vorteil
