Die Bayernwerk Asset- und Projektservice GmbH ist eine 100%ige Tochter der Bayernwerk AG. Unsere Kunden sind regenerative Energieerzeuger, vornehmlich Wasserkraft- und Netzbetreiber, die sich vorrangig im Versorgungsgebiet der Bayernwerk AG befinden. Bei Bedarf unterstützen wir unsere Kunden auch überregional und im deutschsprachigen Ausland. Als Bauleiter:in Elektrotechnik bist du direkt am Ort des Geschehens.

Eine Aufgabe, die herausfordert.

Zu unseren Kernaufgaben gehören die Erneuerung und Revitalisierung von elektro- und leittechnischen Anlagen sowie maschinentechnischen Komponenten, vorrangig in Wasserkraftwerken. Daneben unterstützen wir den störungsfreien Netzbetrieb sowie den Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung der Energienetze. Unser Tätigkeitsfeld umfasst Engineering, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme. Als Bauleiter:in Elektrotechnik bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für die Projektausführung vor Ort.

  • Du planst und organisierst den Baustellenablauf, koordinierst unsere Montageteams und Partnerunternehmen sowie den Material- und Geräteeinsatz und stimmst die Ausführung mit Kunden, Anlagenbetrieb und Projektleitung ab.
  • Du begleitest die Maßnahmen von der Arbeitsvorbereitung über Montage und Inbetriebnahme bis zur Abnahme – einschließlich Aufmaß, Leistungsdokumentation und Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung.
  • Zudem bist du für die Einhaltung des dir übertragenen Kontingents sowie für Termine und Qualität verantwortlich und meldest Abweichungen zur Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
  • Dein Einsatzgebiet erstreckt sich deutschlandweit und auf das nahe deutschsprachige Ausland. Der Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt in Bayern, in Wasserkraftanlagen und im 110-kV-Netz – je nach Projektlage setzen wir dich auch in unseren weiteren Geschäftsbereichen ein.
  • Du übernimmst die Rolle der/des Anlagen- bzw. Arbeitsverantwortlichen nach DIN VDE 0105-100, verantwortest die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorschriften im Sicherheits-, Gesundheits-, Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutz auf der Baustelle und unterstützt die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der dir zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden.

  • Mit deiner offenen und kompetenten Art entwickelst du gemeinsam mit unseren Mitarbeitenden und Kunden individuelle und praktikable Lösungen.
  • Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ, selbstständig und teamorientiert, hast den Führerschein Klasse B und bist bereit, überwiegend auf Montage zu sein – in der Regel mit Übernachtung unter der Woche.
