Die Bayernwerk Asset- und Projektservice GmbH ist eine 100%ige Tochter der Bayernwerk AG. Unsere Kunden sind regenerative Energieerzeuger, vornehmlich Wasserkraft- und Netzbetreiber, die sich vorrangig im Versorgungsgebiet der Bayernwerk AG befinden. Bei Bedarf unterstützen wir unsere Kunden auch überregional und im deutschsprachigen Ausland. Als Meister:in/ Techniker:in Elektrotechnik - Servicemeister:in Netzmontage & Ausbildung bist du direkt am Ort des Geschehens.

Eine Aufgabe, die herausfordert.

Unsere Kernaufgabe besteht darin, einen störungsfreien Netzbetrieb sicherzustellen, den erforderlichen Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung der Energienetze aktiv voranzutreiben, um die Ziele der Energiewende zu erreichen und maßgeschneiderte Kundenlösungen zu entwickeln. Als Servicemeister:in Netzmontage & Ausbildung bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für die Projektausführung vor Ort. Der Fokus dieser Position liegt auf praktischer Montagetätigkeit, um Spezialkenntnisse in Nieder- und Mittelspannungsanlagen sowie der Automatisierung von Ortsnetzstationen aufzubauen.

  • Rund 90 % deiner Tätigkeit finden direkt vor Ort im Netz statt – Du führst die Montage, De-/Remontage sowie die Instandhaltung von Nieder- und Mittelspannungsanlagen, Erdungsanlagen und Hausanschlüssen durch.
  • Du nimmst digitale Ortsnetzstationen in Betrieb und unterstützt damit aktiv die Automatisierung unserer Netze.
  • Du behältst Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben im Blick und leitest bei Abweichungen selbstständig geeignete Maßnahmen ein.
  • Du gibst dein Wissen an Auszubildende und neue Kolleg:innen weiter, wirkst aktiv an deren Qualifizierung mit und führst Auszubildende schrittweise an die praktische Arbeit im Netz heran.
  • Du übernimmst die operative Umsetzung von Projekten und koordinierst dabei interne Schnittstellen sowie Partnerunternehmen.
  • Du entwickelst dich langfristig zum Spezialisten in der Netzmontage und vertiefst insbesondere dein Know-how in der Automatisierung von Ortsnetzstationen.
