  • Manage and review associate timecards to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

IT Logistics & Asset Management

  • Perform or support quality checks and operational audits as required.
  • Identify process gaps, recurring errors, or areas of operational risk and escalate appropriately.
  • Support the creation, review, and implementation of SOPs and work instructions when processes change.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, attention to detail, and right-first-time execution.

Reporting & Stakeholder Support

  • Support urgent or escalated customer requirements when necessary.

Continuous Improvement & Team Development

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
