MISSIONS

En tant que secrétaire juridique polyvalent(e), vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement quotidien du cabinet.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Assurer l'accueil physique et téléphonique des clients avec professionnalisme.
  • Gérer les emails et la correspondance quotidienne.
  • Classer, organiser et assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers.
  • Apporter un soutien administratif aux avocats.
  • Veiller à la bonne circulation des informations et à l'organisation du secrétariat.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Vous disposez d'une première expérience en secrétariat juridique (minimum 1 à 2 ans).
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français écrit et possédez une excellente orthographe.
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de méthode et d'un excellent sens de l'organisation.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils bureautiques et la gestion des emails.
  • Vous appréciez la polyvalence et savez gérer différentes tâches avec efficacité.
  • Vous êtes discret(ète), fiable et possédez un bon sens du contact.

  • Contrat : CDD d'un mois, suivi d'un CDI.
  • Temps de travail : Temps plein privilégié, possibilité de 4/5e.
  • Horaires : Flexibilité pour commencer votre journée entre 7h30 et 9h00.
  • Salaire : Rémunération supérieure au barème sectoriel, pouvant approcher 3 000 € brut/mois selon le profil (base temps plein).
