MISSIONS

  • Participer à l’atteinte des objectifs de l'entreprise en matière de sécurité et de protection de l'environnement
  • Assurer la qualité des outils, des produits et des processus
  • Contrôle et correction des outils suivant échantillons et plans
  • Respecter et assurer les délais chez les clients (OTD)
  • Participation au développement de la technologie de l'outillage et à la formation
  • Soutenir l'introduction de nouveaux produits : Organiser le premier pressage d'un outil Assurer un suivi renforcé des outils à risque ou problématiques pendant l’extrusion
  • Initier les commandes d'outils
  • Effectuer la documentation des corrections
  • Documenter régulièrement l’état d’avancement dans le système informatique ou sur le plan papier
  • Vérifier les propositions de conception des fournisseurs d'outils

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Formation technique ou expérience dans le domaine de l'outillage ou de la mécanique de précision
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la technologie de pressage souhaitée
  • Autonomie, méthode de travail structurée, esprit d’initiative et sens de la collaboration
  • Précision et fiabilité
  • Bonne vision en 3D
  • Solides compétences en service client et orientation vers la satisfaction client
  • Maîtrise de l’allemand ; la connaissance du français est souhaitée, l’anglais constitue un avantage
  • Résistant au stress
