Als E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) bist Du für die Steuerung der E-Commerce-Vertriebskanäle zuständig und entwickelst und implementierst neue Shoplösungen für unsere Kunden. Außerdem gehört auch die entsprechende Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs sowie Wettbewerbs- und Erfolgsanalysen zu Deinen Aufgaben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aus-/Aufbau / Implementierung neuer Shop-System-Lösungen
  • Analyse, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Shops
  • Steuerung und Verantwortung der E-Commerce-Vertriebskanäle (kein Social Media, vorerst Fokus nur auf Shop-Systeme)
  • Entwicklung von laufenden Erfolgsmessungen von Shops und Anbindungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Durchführung von Benchmark-Analysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen
  • Beratung unserer Kunden zu Shop-Systemen (dazu gehört auch teils die Präsentation vor den Kunden und die Begleitung des Vertriebsteams)

Dein Profil

  • Erste Erfahrungen im Online- und E-Commerce Umfeld in der Implementierung von Shop-Systemen und der dazugehörigen Projektarbeit
  • Technisches Verständnis für Prozessabläufe eines Online-Shops und eine hohe Internet-Affinität
  • Konzeptionelle, strategische und kreative Denkweise sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches und analytisches Verständnis
  • Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1
