In dieser spannenden Rolle suchen wir, die ERHARDT IT-Services, eine/n innovativen IT Consultant (m/w/d), die/der mit Expertise und Begeisterung unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung und Nutzung von Künstlicher Intelligenz unterstützt. Du begleitest Unternehmen auf ihrem Weg zur Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur digitalen Transformation.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Implementierung von Microsoft Copilot- und KI-Lösungen: Du entwickelst und implementierst KI-gestützte Anwendungen auf Basis von Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents und Agent Flows, optimierst Geschäftsprozesse und schaffst messbare Mehrwerte bei unseren Kunden.
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops: Du analysierst die Anforderungen unserer Kunden und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Konzepte, um Potenziale von KI-Anwendungen zu identifizieren. Außerdem übernimmst Du eigenständig die Beratung unserer Kunden, begleitest bei Implementierungen und führst auch Schulungen der Mitarbeitenden durch.
  • Presales und Marketing: Als Experte stehst Du dem Vertrieb beratend zur Seite, stellst KI-Lösungen vor und überzeugst Kunden und Interessenten von deren Mehrwert.
  • Technologische Weiterbildung: Du bleibst kontinuierlich am Puls der Zeit, verfolgst technologische Trends und bewertest neue Entwicklungen im Bereich der Künstlichen Intelligenz.
  • Analyse und Vergleich von KI-Anwendungen: Du prüfst bestehende KI-Lösungen, bewertest diese im Hinblick auf Kundenanforderungen und unterstützt bei der Auswahl der passenden Technologien

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-365-Umfeld, insbesondere im Einsatz von Microsoft Copilot.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Copilot Agents sowie im Aufbau von Agent Flows und vergleichbaren Agent-Building-Lösungen.
  • Fähigkeit, Geschäftsprozesse zu analysieren und mithilfe von Copilot Agents sowie Automatisierungslösungen in produktive Anwendungen zu überführen.
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist und Begeisterung für neue Technologien sowie deren praxisorientierte Anwendung.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau).
