Als System Engineer (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale technische Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden. Du berätst auf Augenhöhe, analysierst bestehende IT-Umgebungen, konzipierst robuste und zukunftsfähige Lösungen und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich um. Dein Fokus liegt auf technischem Engineering, Projektarbeit und Beratung – von der Anforderungsaufnahme über Design und Implementierung bis zur stabilen Übergabe und Optimierung der von dir verantworteten Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche technische Beratung unserer Kunden – von der Analyse bestehender IT-Umgebungen bis zur strategischen Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Konzeption und Design zukunftsfähiger IT-Lösungen (OnPrem, Hybrid, Cloud) unter Berücksichtigung von Security, Skalierbarkeit und Betrieb.
  • Technische Umsetzung von IT-Projekten inkl. Einführung, Migration und Integration moderner Systeme und Plattformen.
  • Mitarbeit in Kundenprojekten von der Planung bis zum GoLive sowie nachhaltige Stabilisierung nach der Inbetriebnahme.
  • Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs durch Analyse, Optimierung und Bearbeitung komplexer Störungen (2nd/3rd Level).
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Wissenstransfer sowie aktive Mitwirkung an Standards, Innovationen und Presales Aktivitäten.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (typischerweise ≥ 3 Jahre) als System Engineer, Systemadministrator, Technical Consultant oder vergleichbar.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Windows Server, Virtualisierung (VMware/HyperV), Microsoft 365 & Cloud (Azure/Hybrid), Netzwerke & IT-Security, Backup & Restore
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und Migrationen.
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke im Kundenkontakt.
