Du bringst erste Erfahrung im B2B Vertrieb mit? Perfekt! Wir heben dein Können auf das nächste Level und bringen dir alles bei, was du benötigst, um als Sales Expert:in erfolgreich zu sein. Je nach Deinen Interessen kannst Du Einblicke in unsere Geschäftsfelder C-Artikelmanagement, Workwear und Promotion erhalten oder Dich frühzeitig auf einen Bereich spezialisieren. Aufgrund der intensiven Einarbeitung und Zusammenarbeit findet die Tätigkeit überwiegend an unserem Standort in Karlsruhe Oberreut statt.

Du bist ab dem ersten Tag fester Bestandteil unseres Teams und hast die Möglichkeit von erfahrenen Sales Manager:innen zu lernen und dich selbst aktiv einzubringen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du lernst, wie erfolgreiche Neukundenakquise im B2B-Vertrieb funktioniert und entwickelst eigene Strategien, um neue Geschäftskontakte aufzubauen.
  • Du baust dein fachliches Wissen im Bereich C-Artikelmanagement, Workwear und Promotion im B2B-Bereich auf.
  • Du übernimmst selbst Verantwortung und kannst innerhalb eines Jahres selbst erste Vertriebserfolge feiern.
  • Du analysierst Kunden- und Marktpotenziale und wertest Deine Vertriebsaktivitäten aus.

Dein Profil

  • Erste berufliche Erfahrungen im B2B-Vertrieb bspw. auch im Rahmen einer Ausbildung, Werkstudententätigkeit oder Selbstständigkeit
  • Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Dein souveränes Auftreten zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du hast Freude daran, aktiv auf potenzielle Neukunden zuzugehen und langfristig Expert:in für Neukundengewinnung zu werden.
  • Du bist prozessaffin und arbeitest analytisch.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, solide PC-Kenntnisse und einen Führerschein Klasse B setzen wir voraus.
