  • Akquisition, Bewertung und Vermarktung von Eigentumswohnungen
  • Persönliche Beratung und Betreuung von Eigentümer:innen, Kaufinteressent:innen und Kapitalanleger:innen
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Exposés sowie Koordination professioneller Objektpräsentationen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Besichtigungen
  • Preisfindung und Marktanalyse auf Basis aktueller Vergleichsobjekte und regionaler Entwicklungen
  • Begleitung von Verkaufsverhandlungen und Unterstützung bis zum Notartermin
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines nachhaltigen Netzwerks aus Kund:innen,
  • Empfehlungsgeber:innen und Kooperationspartnern
  • Dokumentation und Pflege aller Aktivitäten im CRM-System

Wen wir suchen

  • Erfahrung im Immobilienvertrieb, idealerweise in der Vermittlung von Eigentumswohnungen
  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Immobilienbereich, alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Vertriebserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten
  • Hohes Verständnis für den lokalen Wohnimmobilienmarkt und die Interessen von Eigennutzer:innen sowie Kapitalanleger:innen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an vertrieblichem Erfolg und langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und CRM-Systemen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
