The posting

Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Betreuung unserer Gewerbe- und Miethauseinheiten zusammen mit unserem Backoffice-Team
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung, sowie Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen und Umsetzung der dort gefassten Beschlüsse
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Mieter:innen
  • Stammdatenpflege und allgemeine Büroarbeiten
  • Management der Sanierungs- und Instandhaltungsprozesse
  • Neuvermietungen der Gewerbe- und Miethauseinheiten
  • Überwachung jegliche Korrespondenz wie z.B. Behörden und Versicherungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabrechnungen und Wirtschaftsplänen

Wen wir suchen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in der Immobilienwirtschaft; weitere Zertifizierungen als Immobilienverwalter:in oder ähnliche Berufsqualifikationen
  • Erfahrungen in der Hausverwaltung als WEG Objektverwalter (m/w/d); idealerweise mit erster Erfahrung im Gewerbebereich
  • Freude am serviceorientierten Umgang mit Eigentümern und Mietern
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung/Abrechnungserstellung
  • Hohe Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Pflichtbewusstsein sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben eigenständig zu bearbeiten
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
