Sie möchten Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften nicht nur verwalten, sondern aktiv mitgestalten? Die BHV Immobilienverwaltung und Management GmbH – Teil der Erste Hausverwaltung GmbH – ist seit knapp 30 Jahren als verlässlicher Partner in der Immobilienverwaltung in Bernau bei Berlin ansässig und betreut Immobilien in Brandenburg, Berlin sowie Sachsen-Anhalt.Unser Büro liegt nur 4 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Bernau entfernt, von dem aus Sie mit der S-Bahn (S2) in rund 30 Minuten mitten in Berlin sind. Bei uns übernehmen Sie von Anfang an Verantwortung, arbeiten eigenständig und werden dabei nicht allein gelassen – ob bei der Einarbeitung, der technischen Ausstattung (inklusive Surface Pro, auch privat nutzbar) oder der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge.

Werden Sie unser/e neue/r Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Eigentümer und Mieter vor Ort!

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer und Mieter
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Nachunternehmern, Versorgern, Leistungsträgern, Beratern und Geschäftspartnern
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung, sowie Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen und Umsetzung der dort gefassten Beschlüsse
  • Begleitung und Beauftragung von Maßnahmen zur Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung und Sanierung
  • Regelmäßige Objektbegehungen, sowie Steuerung technischer Maßnahmen
  • Stammdatenpflege, Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs und allgemeine Büroarbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabrechnungen und Wirtschaftsplänen

Wen wir suchen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene immobilienwirtschaftliche Berufsausbildung oder Studium
  • z. B. als Immobilienkaufmann/-kauffrau (m/w/d)
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften
  • Freude am serviceorientierten Umgang mit Eigentümern und Mietern
  • Erste Erfahrung mit wohnungswirtschaftlicher Software und MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Pflichtbewusstsein, Teamorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben eigenständig zu bearbeiten
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten, Kommunikationsfreude sowie kunden- und serviceorientiertes Denken
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
