¡Queremos que seas parte de nuestro crecimiento! Buscamos un Cloud Specialist Infraestructure SR para unirse a nuestro equipo de tecnología. Como miembro clave de nuestro equipo, serás responsable de diseñar, implementar, administrar y optimizar la infraestructura en la nube de nuestra organización, principalmente en AWS. Tu enfoque estará en garantizar la seguridad, escalabilidad, confiabilidad y eficiencia de nuestras soluciones en la nube.

¿Cuáles son los principales desafíos?

  • Implementar y dar soporte a arquitecturas en la nube seguras, escalables y resilientes que cumplan con los requisitos de la organización.
  • Colaborar e implementar arquitecturas en la nube (Landing Zone, CloudFoundations).
  • Automatizar la infraestructura y las operaciones para aumentar la eficiencia y reducir los errores manuales.
  • Garantizar la seguridad de los datos y la infraestructura en la nube, implementando las mejores prácticas y controles de seguridad.
  • Optimizar el rendimiento y los costos de la infraestructura en la nube.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tecnologías y tendencias en la nube.
  • Trabajar en colaboración con otros equipos de tecnología para integrar soluciones en la nube con los sistemas existentes.
  • Resolver problemas complejos de infraestructura en la nube de manera eficiente y oportuna.
  • Implementar y gestionar soluciones de recuperación ante desastres para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad y la pérdida de datos.
  • Promover una cultura DevOps y Agile dentro del equipo.
  • Mantener las infraestructuras actualizadas y alineadas con los estándares internacionales, promoviendo la mejora continua y asegurando la preparación para auditorías rigurosas.
  • Migrar cargas de trabajo a AWS.
  • Trabajar con arquitecturas híbridas y modernas (microservicios, serverless, contenedores).
  • Manejo de Networking en las nube de AWS (VPN, Transit Gateway, Subneting, etc)
  • Conocimientos básicos de AWS Direct Connect

¿Cuáles son las habilidades requeridas?

  • 3 años o más de experiencia en roles similares
  • AWS Infrastructure: Experiencia sólida diseñando y administrando infraestructura AWS productiva.
  • EC2: Dominio de instancias, AMIs, EBS, networking, Auto Scaling y Load Balancers.
  • Networking AWS: Dominio de VPC, routing, subnets, Security Groups y conectividad entre redes.
  • Networking híbrido: Experiencia con VPN, Transit Gateway y/o Direct Connect.
  • Linux/Windows: Capacidad real de administración y troubleshooting de sistemas operativos.
  • Storage: Experiencia con EBS, S3 y soluciones de filesystem.
  • Backup y Recovery: Experiencia diseñando y ejecutando estrategias de backup y recuperación.
  • IAM: Conocimiento sólido de roles, policies y mecanismos de acceso AWS.
  • IaC: Experiencia práctica con Terraform y/o CloudFormation.
  • Automation: Bash, PowerShell y/o Python para tareas operacionales.
  • Observabilidad: CloudWatch y capacidad para diagnosticar incidentes de infraestructura.
  • Troubleshooting: Capacidad de diagnosticar incidentes complejos de infraestructura de punta a punta.
  • Documentación: Diagramas técnicos, runbooks, procedimientos, RCA y documentación de arquitectura.
  • Autonomía: Capacidad para recibir un requerimiento, diseñar la infraestructura, implementarla y acompañarla hasta su estabilización productiva.

  • Experiencia multi-account/multi-Region.
  • FinOps.
  • AWS Well-Architected Framework.
  • Certificaciones como AWS Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Solutions Architect Professional o Advanced Networking.
