En ESENTIA RH nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Business Intelligence Analyst para sumarse al equipo de una importante entidad financiera.

Si te interesa construir herramientas analíticas desde cero, generar insights que impulsen decisiones de negocio y trabajar codo a codo con las áreas comerciales y de riesgo, ¡esta oportunidad es para vos!

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Construir sistemas de alertas tempranas (EWS) para los segmentos Individuos y Empresas.
  • Implementar análisis de migración de cartera (roll-rates) por segmento y producto y seguimiento por cosechas de originación (vintage analysis).
  • Monitorear la concentración sectorial y exposición por grupos económicos.
  • Realizar el backtesting de modelos de scoring y la validación de parametrías de originación.
  • Desarrollar y dar mantenimiento a dashboards de monitoreo integral de cartera en Power BI.
  • Generar reportes e información de gestión para la Dirección y áreas internas.
  • Participar en las Mesas de Evaluación aportando los análisis que fundamenten la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos

  • Formación: graduados en Ciencias Económicas, Sistemas, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
  • 2 años de experiencia en Análisis de Datos, Business Intelligence, Riesgo Crediticio, Seguimiento de Cartera o áreas afines en entidades financieras.
  • Manejo de bases de datos masivas y herramientas analíticas (SQL, Python, Power BI o similares).
  • Uso práctico de IA/automatización aplicada a análisis y reporting.
