Desde ESENTIA RH nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Business Strategy Analyst para sumarse al equipo de una importante entidad financiera.

Misión del Puesto: Liderar la estrategia de segmentación de clientes individuos y el desarrollo de propuestas de valor, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento, rentabilidad y mejora de la experiencia del cliente.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y gestionar la estrategia de segmentación de clientes y las propuestas de valor, impulsando acciones de captación, fidelización y desarrollo de clientes.
  • Analizar información de clientes, mercado y competencia para identificar oportunidades de negocio y fortalecer la competitividad de la oferta.
  • Monitorear la performance comercial, la rentabilidad y el comportamiento de la cartera, desarrollando indicadores y tableros.
  • Liderar y garantizar la implementación de iniciativas estratégicas, coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Elaborar casos de negocio y generar insights para la toma de decisiones, evaluando el impacto financiero de nuevas iniciativas.

Requisitos

  • Formación: graduados en Ciencias Económicas, Comercialización, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, estrategia comercial, segmentación, marketing estratégico o propuesta de valor.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de productos financieros.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos transversales de alto impacto.
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (SQL, Power BI, Tableau o similares).

Nos orientamos a perfiles con capacidad analítica y de negociación, con habilidad para interpretar datos complejos, que cuenten con iniciativa, proactividad y buenas habilidades comunicacionales.
