Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Referente Técnico de Mantenimiento para una importante industria. Buscamos un profesional con sólido perfil técnico, capacidad de gestión y orientación a resultados, que vele por el cumplimiento de las actividades de mantenimiento de su sector y promueva la mejora continua de los equipos e instalaciones.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Planificar y coordinar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Gestionar repuestos y presupuesto del sector.
  • Analizar fallas y definir acciones de mejora.
  • Coordinar las intervenciones diarias con técnicos, producción e infraestructura.
  • Supervisar trabajos realizados en equipos e instalaciones.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora para optimizar la confiabilidad y eficiencia de los equipos.
  • Participar en reuniones de seguimiento con Producción y Gerencia de Mantenimiento.
  • Realizar análisis de criticidad de equipos y contribuir a la estrategia de mantenimiento.

Requisitos

Qué necesitas?

  • Ingeniero Electrónico, Eléctrico, Electromecánico o Mecánico (EXCLUYENTE)
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento industrial y/o gestión de mantenimiento.
  • Manejo de idioma inglés.
