Mechanisch Monteur Technische Dienst

Krijg jij energie van sleutelen, storingen oplossen en machines beter laten draaien? Als mechanisch monteur binnen de Technische Dienst zorg je dat onze machines en installaties veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven functioneren. Een praktische, afwisselende functie waarin jouw technisch inzicht en vakmanschap het verschil maken.

De functie

Je inspecteert, onderhoudt en repareert mechanische apparatuur en installaties. Bij een storing onderzoek je de oorzaak en zorg je voor een passende oplossing. Je werkt niet alleen aan het herstel van machines, maar helpt ook problemen te voorkomen door preventief onderhoud en het tijdig signaleren van slijtage. Veilig werken staat daarbij altijd voorop, in lijn met onze I Care-aanpak voor een veilige, gezonde en duurzame werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Onderhoud en inspecties – Je controleert machines en installaties regelmatig en voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit.
  • Storingen verhelpen – Je analyseert mechanische problemen, stelt diagnoses en repareert of vervangt defecte en versleten onderdelen.
  • Installaties afstellen – Je monteert, stelt af en kalibreert apparatuur volgens technische voorschriften en richtlijnen van de fabrikant.
  • Technische informatie gebruiken – Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen, handleidingen en onderhoudsinstructies en gebruikt passend specialistisch gereedschap.
  • Werk vastleggen en verbeteren – Je registreert onderhoud en reparaties zorgvuldig en draagt bij aan onderhoudsplannen die stilstand beperken en de levensduur van installaties verlengen.
  • Veilig samenwerken – Je werkt volgens veiligheidsregels, stemt af met collega’s en levert werk van goede kwaliteit, ook wanneer snel handelen nodig is.

Wat breng je mee:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding in de werktuigbouwkunde, mechanische techniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Praktische ervaring met mechanische werkzaamheden, bijvoorbeeld vanuit een eerdere baan of stage.
  • Een goed begrip van mechanische systemen en technisch inzicht om problemen gestructureerd op te lossen.
  • Basisvaardigheden in rekenen en het werken met computers, bijvoorbeeld voor onderhoudsregistratie.
  • Een nauwkeurige, flexibele en veiligheidsbewuste werkhouding; je communiceert duidelijk en werkt prettig samen.
  • De motivatie om te blijven leren en je vakkennis via opleidingen en trainingen verder te ontwikkelen.
