De functie

Als Medewerker Utilities ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van inspecties, preventief onderhoud en eerstelijns technische werkzaamheden op elektrotechnisch en mechanisch gebied. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende installaties, gebouwen, terreinen, hulpmiddelen en randapparatuur.

Je zorgt ervoor dat onze technische voorzieningen veilig, betrouwbaar en bedrijfszeker blijven functioneren. Bij complexere storingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden schakel je externe specialisten in en begeleid je hen bij de uitvoering van hun werkzaamheden.

Het is een veelzijdige functie waarin je veel zelfstandigheid krijgt en een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de continuïteit en veiligheid van onze locatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkzaamheden zijn breed en afwisselend. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

1. Onderhoud en inspecties

Je verzorgt het onderhoud en de inspecties van gebouwen, terreinen en diverse technische installaties en voorzieningen, waaronder:

· Hijsmiddelen: kranen, takels en losse hijsmiddelen.

· Randapparatuur: airco's, liften, ventilatoren, balenpersen, stofzuigers, laaddocks en ladders.

· Centrale installaties: perslucht, sap silo, bulklijm, verwarming, luchtbehandeling en acculaadstations.

· Afzuigsystemen: centrale afvalunits, flappenafzuiging en luierafzuiging.

· Brandveiligheidsinstallaties: sprinklerinstallaties, brandmeldinstallaties, blusgassystemen, brandblussers en brandhaspels.

· Overige voorzieningen: rijdend materieel en het Oribi-toegangssysteem.

· Waterinstallaties: sanitair, riolering, brandpompen, legionellapreventie, hemelwaterafvoer (HWA), bronpompen en onthardingsinstallaties.

2. Begeleiding van externe partijen

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor externe onderhoudsbedrijven en specialisten. Je begeleidt contractors bij tweedelijns storingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden, verzorgt veiligheidsinstructies en houdt toezicht op de correcte en veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.

3. Rapportage en verbetering

Je registreert en rapporteert over het gebruik, storingen, onderhoud en de bijbehorende kosten. Daarnaast signaleer je verbeterkansen en doe je voorstellen op het gebied van onderhoudsfrequentie, inspecties, vervanging, modificaties, standaardisatie en veiligheid.

4. BHV en brandveiligheid

Je neemt deel aan de BHV-organisatie als Opgeleid Persoon Techniek (OP-T). Vanuit deze rol ben je betrokken bij het technisch beheer en de controle van sprinklerinstallaties, brandmeldinstallaties en blusgassystemen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

· Het periodiek testen van dieselmotoren en bronpompen.

· Het uitschrijven van vergunningen voor brandgevaarlijke werkzaamheden.

· Het controleren van de betreffende werkomgeving op brandveiligheid.

Wat breng je mee?

Je bent een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige technicus die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn werkzaamheden. Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, houdt overzicht en weet wanneer je zelf actie onderneemt of externe expertise inschakelt.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

· Een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica.

· Affiniteit met werktuigbouwkundige installaties.

· Het vermogen om geconcentreerd, nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig te werken.

· Een zelfstandige, besluitvaardige en flexibele werkhouding.

· Stressbestendigheid en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
