Acerca del Rol:

Proveer un buen servicio de mantenimiento eléctrico, electrónico e instrumentación a las líneas de producción, garantizando el buen funcionamiento, los niveles de disponibilidad, confiabilidad e indicadores definidos por la compañía, promoviendo la correcta operación de los sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos, de instrumentación, neumáticos e hidráulicos de la planta para que cumplan con las necesidades de producción y del proceso, enmarcado en todo la cultura de bienestar, Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo.

Qué harás

1. Realizar las rutinas de inspección eléctricas, electrónicas y de instrumentación que correspondan en las líneas de producción y equipos periféricos, comprobando su correcto funcionamiento de acuerdo a especificaciones técnicas; documentar los datos y la información en Sap y/o en formatos, generar y notificar los avisos y ordenes de trabajo correspondientes de acuerdo a los hallazgos.

2. Atender y solucionar todo tipo de problemas que se presenten en el área de mantenimiento eléctrico, electrónico, instrumentación, neumática e hidráulica en toda la planta, ejecutando las acciones correctivas necesarias para solucionar el problema en el menor tiempo posible y de forma efectiva.

3. Mantener en óptimas condiciones de operación todos los elementos y sistemas de medición, de indicación y control del proceso en las diferentes áreas de la planta.

4. Generar, planear y ejecutar los mantenimiento preventivos y predictivos para los sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos, neumáticos, hidráulicos e instrumentación y velar por su cumplimiento.

5. Realizar las actividades programadas que correspondan en todos los mantenimientos preventivos de cada máquina y/o equipo, siguiendo detalladamente los procedimientos y estándares de mantenimiento para cada sistema.

6. Organizar y prealistar los repuestos necesarios que se vayan a utilizar en los mantenimientos programados.

7. Realizar reparaciones de manera oportuna y proactiva de los equipos eléctricos, electrónicos, de instrumentación neumática e hidráulica, aprovechando los paros de LILA (Limpieza, Inspección, lubricación y ajuste), así como en los mantenimientos y paros programados de las líneas, las cuales se hayan identificado con fallas previamente.

8. Verificar y hacer seguimiento al tiempo de vida útil de los componentes con el fin de realizar actualizaciones u homologaciones que permitan la continua operación de los sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos y de instrumentación en la planta.

9. Interpretar correctamente planos eléctricos, electrónicos, hidráulicos y de instrumentación.

10. Registrar y documentar oportunamente los avisos de SAP, notificar oportunamente cada orden de trabajo realizado, registrar en bitácora las actividades realizadas y las novedades detectadas durante el turno de trabajo.

Que Requieres

  • Tecnología en Electromecánica, Instrumentación y Control, Electrónica o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 5 a 7 años en Mantenimiento y Plantas Industriales, Consumo Masivo.
  • Certificado de competencias en alturas vigente, Certificado profesional CONTE.
