The posting

Missão do cargo Projetar, operar e evoluir a infraestrutura de TI em ambiente híbrido (on-premises e nuvem), com foco em disponibilidade, segurança e automação. O profissional atua com autonomia nas decisões técnicas, é referência para o time e responde por incidentes críticos de ponta a ponta.

Responsabilidades

  • Administrar servidores Linux e Windows em produção (físicos, virtualizados e em nuvem), incluindo hardening, patching e planejamento de capacidade.
  • Gerenciar serviços de identidade e diretório (AD/Samba AD, LDAP, SSO) e o ciclo de vida de contas e acessos.
  • Operar e evoluir a rede corporativa: firewalls OPNsense/pfSense em alta disponibilidade, VPN, VLANs, roteamento e QoS.
  • Administrar recursos em nuvem (GCP e/ou AWS), com atenção a IAM, custos, rede e backup.
  • Manter monitoramento e alertas, definindo métricas, thresholds e respostas a incidentes.
  • Conduzir a gestão de vulnerabilidades e correções, alinhada às práticas de segurança da empresa.
  • Automatizar tarefas recorrentes e padronizar configurações (scripts, IaC, pipelines).
  • Documentar arquitetura, procedimentos e runbooks, e atender chamados de nível 3 via ITSM.
  • Participar de projetos de migração, upgrades e avaliação de novas tecnologias.
  • Orientar analistas de nível pleno e júnior.

Linux

  • Distribuições RHEL-like (AlmaLinux/Rocky) e Debian/Ubuntu
  • systemd, LVM e SELinux/AppArmor
  • Troubleshooting de CPU, memória, I/O e rede

Windows e AD

  • Windows Server e Active Directory
  • GPO, DNS e DHCP
  • PKI/ADCS
  • Integração Linux–AD (SSSD/Kerberos)

  • TCP/IP, DNS e DHCP
  • VLANs
  • Roteamento estático e dinâmico

  • Instalação, upgrade e administração em produção
