Esta é uma vaga afirmativa destinada a Pessoas com Deficiência (PCD). Buscamos Buscamos Assistente Administrativo com perfil organizado, proativo e com excelente atenção aos detalhes para apoiar as rotinas operacionais e logísticas dos nossos escritórios e com interesse em atuar em diferentes processos administrativos e corporativos da ESSS.

Suas principais atividades serão:

  • Apoiar as atividades administrativas e financeiras da área, contribuindo para a organização e execução das rotinas;
  • Realizar controles, lançamentos, conferências e atualização de informações financeiras em sistemas e planilhas;
  • Compras de Suprimentos e Insumos: Levantamento de necessidades, cotação, compra e controle de estoque de materiais de escritório, copa e insumos em geral.
  • Gestão de Cadastros: Cadastro de novos fornecedores e colaboradores nos sistemas internos, garantindo a precisão e atualização contínua dos dados.
  • Logística e Correspondências: Gestão e controle de envios e recebimentos de malotes, documentos, encomendas e rotinas de Correios/transportadoras.
  • Suporte Administrativo Geral: Apoio nas demandas operacionais do dia a dia da área, organização de arquivos e atendimento a solicitações do time e de fornecedores.
  • Atendimento Telefônico e Triagem: Atendimento de chamadas telefônicas da recepção/escritório, filtragem de ligações e direcionamento correto para os responsáveis e áreas correspondentes.
  • Dar suporte às demandas internas da área, contribuindo para a organização, eficiência e melhoria das rotinas administrativas e financeiras.

Requisitos Exigidos:

  • Curso superior completo ou cursando em Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Conhecimento básico/intermediário de inglês e/ou espanhol.
  • Excelente organização, atenção a detalhes e boa capacidade de comunicação.
  • Perfil prestativo, proativo e com iniciativa para identificar demandas do cotidiano.
