The posting

Estamos com uma oportunidade de Estágio Administrativo/Financeiro para atuação no nosso time de Finanças em Florianópolis, na modalidade presencial.

Neste estágio, você atuará no apoio à gestão e registro de documentos fiscais, controle de caixa, conciliação bancária, acompanhamento de previsões de pagamentos, prestação de contas dos colaboradores, atendimento e arquivamento de documentos, conforme as políticas e procedimentos da empresa.

Para essa posição seus principais desafios serão:

  • Apoiar no registro e conferência de documentos fiscais e notas de débito no sistema ERP, auxiliando no correto direcionamento contábil e financeiro;
  • Auxiliar na conciliação bancária diária e no controle das movimentações de caixa e despesas de cartão corporativo;
  • Prestar suporte no acompanhamento dos fluxos de pagamentos e no levantamento de dados para relatórios da área;
  • Auxiliar no recebimento, conferência e organização das prestações de contas de viagens e reembolso de colaboradores;
  • Apoiar na rotina operacional de gestão de contratos e acompanhamento de fornecedores de serviços da unidade;
  • Realizar o atendimento inicial e dar suporte às solicitações administrativas de clientes internos e externos;
  • Apoiar nas rotinas de recepção, organização e arquivamento digital e físico de documentos do setor financeiro.

Requisitos Exigidos:

  • Estudante regularmente matriculado em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas (com disponibilidade para estagiar 30h semanais);
  • Conhecimento em Excel intermediário;
  • Conhecimentos em ERP (desejável RM-TOTVS);
