Descripción:

  • Desarrollar oportunidades de negocio mediante ventas consultivas de soluciones de simulación (software y servicios).
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar iniciativas estratégicas para la expansión de la adopción de las soluciones de ESSS en las cuentas
  • Identificar y articular problemas estratégicos del cliente donde la simulación genere impacto técnico y económico.
  • Identificar oportunidades y nuevos negocios en las cuentas estratégicas y nuevos clientes.
  • Conducir presentaciones, workshops, campañas y discusiones técnicas-consultivas con clientes.
  • Construir y gestionar relaciones con múltiples stakeholders dentro de las cuentas, incluyendo niveles ejecutivos, técnicos y financieros.
  • Escalar oportunidades dentro de la organización del cliente, accediendo a niveles de decisión como gerencias, direcciones y C-level cuando sea necesario.
  • Liderar el proceso completo de venta compleja: diagnóstico del problema, construcción del valor económico, desarrollo del caso de negocio y cierre.
  • Gestionar el pipeline aplicando metodologías estructuradas de venta consultiva (ej. MEDDIC).

Requerimientos:

  • Titulo universitario en Ingeniería, Fisica o areas relacionadas.
  • +5 años en ventas consultivas B2B de tecnología o software complejo.
  • Historial de gestión de cuentas complejas con múltiples decisores.
  • Capacidad demostrada para acceder a niveles de decisión ejecutiva dentro de clientes.
  • Experiencia construyendo casos de negocio y ROI para justificar inversiones tecnológicas.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de venta estructurados (MEDDIC)
